§1 Scope of the Work

The Work includes: the full text of the Supreme Polarity Theory wiki, the source code of the supremepolarity.com webapp, 3D simulations, English and Vietnamese translations, images, diagrams, and all derivative materials published by the author — collectively the "Work". The Work is the sole intellectual property of Duc Anh Phung (ducanh3010@gmail.com) and is automatically protected under the Berne Convention in 181 member countries.

§2 Permitted — No prior permission required

  • Reading the Work in any browser, on any device.
  • Sharing links to supremepolarity.com or any sub-page.
  • Short quotations for commentary, review, teaching, or news reporting, with author attribution and a link to the source.
  • Search engines and AI assistants (Googlebot, GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, etc.) may index the Work and cite short excerpts, provided attribution and a source link are included.

§3 Partial Republication — Permitted with conditions

Republication of a partial excerpt of the Work on websites, blogs, social media, or press publications (newspapers, magazines, podcasts) for non-commercial purposes is permitted, provided all of the following conditions are met simultaneously:

  • Volume limit: No more than 300 consecutive words or 20% of the original article's total word count — whichever is lower.
  • Full attribution: Clearly state the author's name (Duc Anh Phung / Phùng Minh Đức Anh), the work's name (Lý Thuyết Thái Cực Vạn Vật – Supreme Polarity Theory), and include a direct hyperlink back to the original page on supremepolarity.com.
  • Clear demarcation: The excerpted portion must be visually distinguished as a quotation (blockquote, quotation marks, etc.) so readers cannot mistake it for the republisher's own content.
  • Modification notice: If the excerpt has been edited, condensed, or supplemented in any way, this must be explicitly noted as "Modified / supplemented from the original".
  • Non-commercial: The excerpt must not be placed behind a paywall, bundled into paid products, or used to generate direct revenue.
  • No distortion: The excerpt must not be cut or reframed in a way that misrepresents the original meaning or damages the author's reputation.

§4 Not Permitted — Requires prior written license

  • Republishing the Work in full or in a substantial part (more than 300 words / 20%) in any medium.
  • Mirroring, re-hosting, or creating a digital copy of the Work on any other domain, platform, or system.
  • Translating the Work into any language beyond the published EN/VI versions.
  • Using the Work as training data (pre-training, fine-tuning, RLHF) for any commercial AI/ML model.
  • Creating derivative works (books, courses, apps) that incorporate a substantial portion of the content without a license.
  • Removing or obscuring copyright notices, author attribution, or in-page attribution signals.
  • Selling, sub-licensing, or transferring any rights in the Work to third parties.
  • Using the author's name, the work title, or the supremepolarity.com brand to imply official endorsement or affiliation.

§5 Moral Rights

The author retains all moral rights under Article 6bis of the Berne Convention and applicable national law, including: the right of attribution, the right to object to derogatory treatment of the Work, and the right to preserve the integrity of the Work. These rights are non-transferable and exist independently of economic rights.

§6 Fair Use / Fair Dealing

Nothing in this license limits the statutory fair use or fair dealing rights recognised by applicable law, including criticism, commentary, news reporting, teaching, and scholarship under 17 U.S.C. §107 (US), Vietnamese IP Law Article 25, and equivalent provisions in Berne Convention member states. Fair use is evaluated on a case-by-case basis considering: purpose and character of use, nature of the work, amount used, and effect on the market.

§7 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Work is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. The author shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or reliance on the Work.

The content is theoretical and independent research — it does not constitute professional scientific, legal, medical, or financial advice.

§8 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This license is governed by the laws of Vietnam (Intellectual Property Law 2005, amended 2009/2019/2022) and the United States (17 U.S.C.), together with applicable international treaties including the Berne Convention (1886), the WIPO Copyright Treaty (WCT 1996), and the TRIPS Agreement. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; failing that, through courts of competent jurisdiction in Hanoi, Vietnam, or the appropriate US federal court, depending on the respondent's jurisdiction.

§9 Consequences of Infringement

  • DMCA Takedown notices to the infringing site's hosting provider, CDN, registrar, and Google Search.
  • URL removal requests from search engine indexes (Google, Bing, etc.).
  • Content removal requests from social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) under each platform's DMCA policy.
  • Complaints to the Vietnamese Intellectual Property Office and/or the US Copyright Office.
  • Civil litigation for damages under Vietnamese and/or US copyright law (statutory damages under 17 U.S.C. §504 may reach USD 150,000 per wilful infringement).

§10 General Provisions

  • Severability: If any provision is held invalid by a court, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right in a particular instance does not constitute a waiver of that right.
  • Entire Agreement: This license, together with the LICENSE page at supremepolarity.com/license, constitutes the entire agreement between the author and users regarding use of the Work.
  • Amendments: The author may update this license at any time. The most current version is always in effect and posted at supremepolarity.com/license.
  • Language: In case of discrepancy between the English and Vietnamese versions, the English version prevails in international legal proceedings.
