Abstract

I propose Supreme Polarity Theory (SPT): fundamental constants as combinatorial outputs of a single action on the discrete Bagua hypercube Q₇. Three axioms (substrate n=7, DANode SU(2) unit, cascade slope d₀=√7/4) plus one Action yield closed forms including 1/α=137, Cabibbo 9/40, h=27/40, sin²θ_W=3/13, m_p=Λ√(6π), and cross-sector shells 13 and 40. Each claim ships with a public SymPy script. No new free parameters. Honest scope: cascade intercepts d_i remain partly calibrated; Clay continuum is not claimed solved. Companion papers P2–P5 deepen SM, cosmology, Yang–Mills Phase 8a, and cross-sector integers. Phase H2 freezes four blind spears (δ_CP, n_T, DM, h/λ). Independent audit requested.
