Phase H2 — Four blind spears (B1–B4) Tier-B + pre-reg freeze

Phase H2 verdict. Four blind “1919-style” spears lock at Tier-B EXACT + B-PASS under existing SPT capital (script OVERALL: PASS). Pre-reg freeze H2-PREREG-v1 (20/07/2026 GMT+7) — closed forms must not be retuned after unblinding. Nature decides via DUNE / PTA+LISA / LZ / DESI+CKM.

§0 Easy guide — why these four?

History remembers experiments that could have killed a theory and didn’t (Eddington 1919). Phase H2 freezes four numbers already derived in SPT, with dates and kill rules, so the programme is Popperian — not a post-diction factory.

  • B1 Flavour CP — neutrino CP phase freezes at 270°; DUNE will settle it.
  • B2 Gravitational-wave tilt — bounce spectrum n_T=3/13, same shell as weak mixing tree.
  • B3 Dark matter — mass ~60 GeV + σ_SI band; LZ can exclude the window.
  • B4 Cosmo↔CKM lock — Hubble h and Cabibbo λ share S₄₀ so h/λ=3 forever at shell level.

Rule: after unblinding, PASS or FAIL only. No retuning of forms.

§3 B1 — δ_CP = 270° (plain + technical)

Plain. Neutrino mixing has a CP phase. SPT freezes it at the bottom of the unit circle: 3π/2 = 270° (Law 48, Z₂_DA family). NuFIT NH central ~230°±50° still overlaps 270° at ~0.8σ — that is status, not a fit.

Kill. DUNE (+HK) settles ~90° or ~0° at >5σ, or a high-σ central value far outside the soft [240,300]° 3σ language band.

§4 B2 — n_T = 3/13

Plain. A bouncing cosmos imprints a mildly blue stochastic GW tilt n_T = 3/13 ≈ 0.231 — the same rational as tree sin²θ_W (Map F freeze family I2). Inflation wants ~0; SMBH background wants 2/3.

Kill. Multi-band PTA+LISA+ET prefer primordial tilt ~0 or 2/3 over 3/13 at high significance.

§5 B3 — Dark matter mass + σ_SI

Plain. DM lives on cascade shell 36 (paired with the EW VEV shell): depth 36 − 1/8 = 35.875 EXACT, also C(7,4)+(Q₃−1)/Q₃. Factor f_DM = 1/16. Cosmology share Ω_DM = 35/128 EXACT. Pre-reg kill bands (what LZ is asked to test): mass [30, 120] GeV, σ_SI [5×10⁻⁴⁹, 5×10⁻⁴⁶] cm², central OOM ~4×10⁻⁴⁷. Honest: a raw M_Pl·e^{−d} scheme prints ~640 GeV / ~10⁻⁴¹ cm² — that absolute conversion is OPEN/scheme, not the freeze.

Kill. LZ/XLZD exclude the entire pre-reg σ band at the pre-reg mass window, or a firmly measured mass peak outside [30, 120] GeV at >5σ.

§6 B4 — h/λ = 3

Plain. Cosmology’s h_Planck = 27/40 and CKM’s Cabibbo λ = 9/40 live in the same box S₄₀=40. Ratio exactly 3. If future data force h and λ to drift independently, the Map F shell story dies.
