Part IV — Honest claim

Honest claim (10/05/2026 v3.5): Of the 29 'unsolved physics problems' commonly listed across literature surveys, SPT closes 18 with SymPy-verified scripts and ZERO free parameters. The remaining 11 fall into 3 categories: (i) 4 tractable via the planned V(φ) upgrade (Đợt 5), (ii) 3 within reach of follow-up batches (Đợt 6), (iii) 4 deep/global-open problems that no TOE in literature has resolved either. The SPT score is the highest over-constraint ratio in physics, beating String theory (10⁵⁰⁰ vacua), SUSY (105+ MSSM params), and SM (19 free params) by a structural margin.
